3️⃣ Return the Item: Ship the item using a trackable service. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund: After receiving and verifying the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
💳 Card Payments: Refunded to the original credit or debit card.
💰 PayPal & Online Methods: Refunded to the original online payment account.
🎁 Store Credit: Optional—store credit can be issued upon request instead of a monetary refund.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
🚫 Custom-built or personalized office furniture.
🚫 Clearance, discounted, or final sale products.
🚫 Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or regular wear and tear.
🚫 Gift cards and digital products.
