Refund Policy

At Global Office Care, we are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 45 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The request is made within 45 days of receiving the product.
✅ The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
✅ Proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt) is required.
✅ The item must not be listed as non-refundable (see Section 4).

2. Refund Process

2️⃣ Approval & Instructions: If your request qualifies, we’ll send return instructions and our return address.
3️⃣ Return the Item: Ship the item using a trackable service. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund: After receiving and verifying the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Refund Methods

💳 Card Payments: Refunded to the original credit or debit card.
💰 PayPal & Online Methods: Refunded to the original online payment account.
🎁 Store Credit: Optional—store credit can be issued upon request instead of a monetary refund.

4. Non-Refundable & Excluded Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:
🚫 Custom-built or personalized office furniture.
🚫 Clearance, discounted, or final sale products.
🚫 Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or regular wear and tear.
🚫 Gift cards and digital products.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us immediately at [support@globalofficecare.online] with relevant images. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping, where applicable.

6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please:
